When I think about roots, the most obvious thing that comes to mind is my family's roots around the world, and in this section is shown through pieces that connect my academic career with my familial roots, whether through family interviews or a study of my parents' mother countries. My roots are also represented by the earliest pieces of science communication that I've produced during my time at Stanford, a basis from which I've been able to grow.
